Yes it is possible to obtain an out of state driver’s license after a Minnesota DWI conviction. The problem is that you will need to first reinstate your driving privileges here in Minnesota. The reinstatement process includes waiting for the expiration of the license revocation period, taking a written DWI knowledge test, and paying a reinstatement fee.
